Do you combine shipping? TOP
Yes. Our system is set up to combine all items in your cart. Your shipping total will be visible upon checkout.

When can I contact you? TOP
You may contact us via email 7 days a week. Our store is open Monday - Saturday. Therefore we will be able respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Are your items new or used? TOP
We sell both types of items.
All descriptions have the state of the item listed. To benefit all customers, we make sure all previously owned items are washed and in excellent condition. Otherwise it will not be listed on our site.

How soon after payment do you ship your items? TOP
We have a turn time of 2 business days for shipping any item. The only exception is over a holiday. We will let you know if we will be closed for any holidays in advance.

What shipping company do you use? TOP
We use The United States Postal Service (USPS) for all purchases. Unless otherwise specified.

Can I track my shipment? TOP
You can track your order via the USPS.com site. You will receive a tracking number via your email. It may take up to 24-48 hours to update in the USPS.com website. Some orders are not able to be tracked until delivery.
