We do our best to sell quality items to you. If you believe that the item is not up to your standards, you are more than welcome to return your item to us.
As we believe that all customers will be satisfied with their orders, we understand that some customers will not. That said, please read the following carefully and complete the steps as necessary.
Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Return Terms
You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s) and you will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC). We will not accept any item if it does not have a RAC.
Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. For example, if it had tags, they must still be attached. Please complete the return form that you received with your item. There is a 10% re-stocking fee for every item that is returned.
All return items must be sent with a tracking number and must be received within 7 days from receipt of your RAC. You understand that all return fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the original cost.
Once your item is received we will evaluate the item and your payment will be refunded within 15 business days.
Your account cannot be reconciled without these steps.
